ORDERS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items in stock will be shipped immediately.  Shipping fee is charged by weight, insurance is included.  Packing slips are enclosed with all orders. You must report to us within 48hrs. if merchandise has been damaged in shipping.

BACK ORDERS
If your items  are back ordered, we will do our best to provide you with an accurate delivery date by E-MAIL or by phone.  Special orders may take longer for delivery.  All back orders will be shipped automatically.

PURCHASE ORDERS
Some purchase orders may require credit approval.  Government, educational and institutional purchase orders are also accepted by phone or fax.  Payment terms are NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice.

PAYMENT
We accept;  VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and personal cheques.  Personal cheques are cleared before order is shipped.  If paying by credit card, your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipping.

Although we keep up to date with software system requirements, we cannot guarantee compatibility.


RETURNS - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Defective products will be replaced or repaired.  You must notify us if the product is defective within 30 days from date of invoice.  In order to process this as quickly as possible for you, we ask you to return the defective merchandise in the manufacturer's original packaging and include all the original components, such as: media, cables, manuals etc.  Please call us first at 1-519-641-8464 or E-MAIL: sales@canadamac.com,  to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) before returning the defective product to us.

RETURNS - NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Merchandise may be returned for credit within 60 days from date of invoice, providing:
1.  Product is unopened/not used and in resaleable condition.
2.  Product is in the original packaging, with all the accompanying documentation.
3.  Product is still carried by our supplier at the time of return.
4.  Non-defective product will be returned to us freight prepaid.
5.  Please call us first 1-519-641-8464 or E-MAIL: sales@canadamac.com to obtain a Return     Merchandise Number (RMA) before returning the product to us
6.  There may be a 25% restocking fee.
